Community ActiveOutdoor RAK WisBlock-based base station and repeater in an IP65 enclosure, built around the RAK19003 + RAK4631 starter kit with external antenna, USB-C passthrough, and solar input. Uses removable 18650 cells instead of an integrated battery pack.
